SelfLube Gets High Marks For Customer Service

In a recent survey. SelfLube was given high marks by its customers for on-time delivery and customer service. As an ISO 9001:2008 registered company, SelfLube is required to periodically survey its customers to determine whether or not the Company is meeting the expectations of who really counts - the customer.

"We manufacture precision components, but that is really only a means to an end," says Owner Phil Allor. "Our real business is serving the customer and if that's our business it is vital that we have an accurate read on how we are doing and how we might need to do better."

It doesn't end there. "Information is nice, but it needs to drive an action plan or it isn't of much use," adds Allor. So whenever the survey results are in, the "to do" list of everyone at SelfLube suddenly gets a lot bigger.

The recent survey asked the customers to rate the Company and comment of the following specific areas:

  • Quality of the product
  • Knowledge of the employees
  • Meeting expectations of on-time shipping
  • Satisfactory response by SelfLube personnel
  • Understanding needs and priorities of customers

Customer comments included:

  • "Great people, great products!"
  • "SelfLube is an excellent company to do business with."
  • "One of my top vendors!"
  • "Great company to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable."
  • "A great company to work with. Always on-time and very cost effective."
