Two Dozen Roses and One Happy Customer

SelfLube, the leading U.S. manufacturer of mold and die components, recently completed its annual Valentine's Give-A-Way. The company takes great pride in its quality components, on-time shipping and exceptional customer service. Of course, none of this would be possible without the customer. In order to show appreciation that goes further than the heart felt thank you- the company invited its customers to participate in this year's annual Valentine's contest.

This year, Jay Sherer of Minnesota Tool & Die located in Ramsey, Minnesota was the lucky winner. Jay received two-dozen roses, complete with vase and a personal note, which was delivered to the person of his choice.

"This particular promotion is a fun one. Our staff looks forward to it every year and our customers are always anxious to sign up," says Jordan Fifelski, Marketing Specialist at SelfLube. "Every year more and more people sign up and this year was no different. We want our customers to know how much we value them and that we have a little soft spot for Valentine's Day." This year was the company's fifth year running its Valentine's promotion. "This is just one more way for us to interact with our customers and say thank you in a different way," explains Fifelski.
